A vigorous annual clover having rapid growth in cool weather. Plants grow up to 18" and form a dark green carpet. Crimson Clover winter-kills when temperatures reach the low 20s, but may survive the winter in Pennsylvania and southern New England. Can fix nitrogen up to 125#/acre.
